Something a little different today…this post is in response to a few questions i’ve received over how to start the lifting process and not feel like a complete numpty, so here’s my advice, to you, from me!
I started using weight training as a way of exercising for nearly 2 years now, and I can honestly say, I’m sure you’ve read all this before, that my results are on another planet when compared with cardio…so thought I’d at least TRY and encourage some of you lovely lot to give it a go…
Before this blog post starts, I just wanna let you know I’ve opened up some new social media platforms for this blog so you can follow my life a bit more personally if you wanted! Check my recent blog post on it if you’re interested.
After a long, stressful week, I seemed to be getting more and more snappy with people. Whether it was the usual victim (my boyfriend), my poor friends or my family, they all felt the wrath of a stressed Katy. AND IM REALLY SORRY!
But a couple of questions I’ve been asked this week have really been bugging me, I’m not sure if thats the short-tempered stressy vibe I’ve adopted this week or just a clearer mindset but…I thought I’d share to see if they annoy everyone else as much as they do me. (it’s cool if not, I know I can be an aggymaggie sometimes).
I’m blogging abnormally soon after my last post about lazy gym hacks, mainly because I wanted to say a HUGE thank you as I’ve reached over 250 followersnow! Should I make a twitter & Instagram for this blog? Would you guys be interested in that? Please let me know!
I love giving you guys entertaining posts to read. And it’s also comforting to know that some of the stuff I write relates to others too – I’m not alone!
Anyways,on with the blog post Katy. Today was my rest day, unexpectedly due to university studies taking priority for once, but I wondered if it would help to share what I do on my rest days with all you. It would be great to know what you get up to too, comment below and I’ll be sure to get back to you.
Hope everyone is well and your fitness journeys are going swimmingly! I’m just about to reach 250 followers…eek! Motivation levels at it’s peak! I’m thinking about setting up an instagram and twitter for this blog too – what do you think?
After a week of finally deciding what I want to do with my life after university (Digital and social media marketing), I’ve been having a bit of a lazy weekend. And the fact that its valentines day. Ok so you caught me slipping..I can’t be alone though right?
Here’s some lazy gym girl fitness hacks that help me push through a workout when I really really don’t wanna. Hope it helps…
Before I get into the meaty bits of this blog post, I just wanna say that I reached 50 blog posts! Im chuffed with myself for persevering with this blog and giving you guys some interesting, funny (I hope) and relatable blog posts. That’s all I wanted from this. So thanks for all of you support!
Anyways, as you’ve read the title, this is me sharing with you some habits that I’ve picked up along my fitness journey, not sure where from, but they’re frickin’ annoying. Do you have the same?…
Thanks again for the 200 followers! It’s been a while I know, but I have good reason. My university work and lifestyle has completely swallowed me up this term – in a good way. My works flowing and my workouts are killing me! Also, my new years resolutions seem to be going good too. So I’d thought I’d share with you ways that help me stick to a workout routine and most importantly, my resolution!
