Hope you’ve been enjoying my extra posts recently, now that summers here and uni is over for the academic year. I’ve taken up vlogging – be sure to check me out on youtube and even subscribe!
This post, as you’ve guessed, is all about those pre-summer thoughtsthat create a slight level of panic in you. I’m currently 6/10 in the panic zone but it’s increasing daily as I’m my holiday is in 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS. So what best to do than blog about it rather than work out, right?
Before I get this blog post started, I just wanna say I’ve added another social media platform – Youtube!… After getting amazing feedback from some of my closer followers on twitter, I have plucked up the confidence to vlog my summer! On with the post. After the past few weeks of my finals, one could say I’ve been pretty friggin stressed. So stressed, it’s made me realise that I really DONT have my shit together. I’m 21 and still floating about life banging into things. So I’ve put together a list of random pointers that screams “I have my life in order, and I’m winning at it“

Happy May!This weeks blog post is all about company. Bad company. I’ve always been a lone wolf when it comes to my workouts, and there’s good reason for it. All the experiences I’ve had with exercising in pairs/groups have been awful and thought I’d share incase other’s have felt the same…it would make me feel better for being a loner in the gym…
I started off this blog post by saying I’m not a naturally self-conscious person………… What a load of crap. I am. That’s exactly what a self-conscious person would say. I’m self-conscious over the fact that I am self-concious so I cover it up. Sorry.
I thought I’d share with you some of the things (fitness related – otherwise we’d be here all week) that I feel self-concious about. Some of these will be for us girls, seeing as I am one, think it would be worrying if it was relating to any other gender, so bare with me guys. Maybe you have equivalent things you’re dealing with? Let me know in the comments, we’re all friends here.
I kinda wish I thought of this blog post a little earlier seeing as it’s a couple days after the Easter holiday weekend, but by reading a lot of you easter related fitness posts it’s inspired me and helped me create this. Hope you enjoy and let me know your thoughts in the comments!

I just want to start off by saying thank you to all that have followed me over the years as I’ve reached 500 followers. I love the community on here and can’t wait to reach out to more of you!
So what better way to celebrate the half way mark to 1,000 than a moaning blog post. Right up my street. And it’s yours too, don’t lie. First things first, I HATE RUNNING.Now that summers on it’s way, the runners amongst us are emerging and I am truly jealous of every single one of you. Here’s a few reasons why..
Just a quick personal update for you all: I have officially finished my last studying term at University! All that’s left now is dissertation work and one essay and then I’m done. So, I guess there’s no more excuses for lacking on the blog postings…
As a student, I don’t have the luxury of spending my loan on whatever I want, I have to prioritise and split my money where I feel best. 9 times out of 10…it will be fitness related – is anyone the same!? Have a read and let me know I’m not alone or if I’ve missed any out!
As a fitness fanatic whose into her makeup, I tend to find myself caught in two worlds. One where you look dolled contoured-up, lashes glued and highlighter on fleek, and the other with little to no makeup on, red-faced and sweating through your top. It can get stressful at times, but we’ve always got these products to hand to help sort out a bad, gym-related situation. If they’re not in your hand already, they’ll be in your bag waiting to be viciously grabbed to quickly fix the mishap.

I thought this post is a very relevant one to me right now. As mentioned in My Reasons For A Bad Workout post, I’m home for the weekend. And being home for the weekend means FOOD. AND A LOT OF IT. Also, it’s a shed load of birthday celebrations in the family. So, I guess you could say I’m indulging right now. Like a pig in mud. And it’s great!!
But I thought maybe I could offer some tips and tricks (some of which I will be taking and doing myself when I return back to uni tomorrow) for any of you who’ve had a binge weekend or got one coming up or even just to keep in mind for the near future…
As a 20yr old active student who’s into beauty, and I mean fully caught up in it all (watching makeup tutorials and hacks on youtube for hours, spending ludicrous amounts on eyebrow wax), I come across hygiene/appearance issues daily. I can’t be alone here surely?! Hence why I’ve decided to list a few down to you in order for you to reassure me on this one girls…hehe.
