Summer Workout Problems!

Hey Peeps,

This weeks blog post is going back to my old blogging waysfitness problems! As we’re just coming into the summer seasons, I’m beginning to notice just a handful of problems that weren’t there in the winter. I’m sure the number will increase as the year unfolds, but lets start you off with some of my thoughts and see if you’ve felt the same! Let me know in the comments if you can relate to any of the following…

Jealous Thoughts About Healthy Food Bloggers

Hello Peeps,

Thank you for all the birthday wishes and letting me know I now have responsibilities as a 21 year old. And with all the busy birthday parties, I totally missed the 700 followers milestone and yesterday I just hit 800 (?!). Thank you so much all of you lovely lot, old and new followers. The support means a lot and I continue to grow as a blogger with all of your comments on my posts. Just knowing you enjoyed them is more than enough!

The more honest the post the more respect I get from you lot as followers (I think?)…or you’re all just pulling my leg making me post more and more embarrassing thoughts that I have DAILY.

This post is all about my envious thoughts on the people that, no matter what, will always have their overnight oats ready and waiting, or a green smoothie made within 5 seconds with no mess in a mason jar. Basically, healthy floggers (food bloggers) that really have their sh*t together. Here are my jealous thoughts when I see your posts…

Taking Progress Pictures Confessions

Hello again fellow fitness bloggers,

It was my birthday yesterday! I am officially 21, meaning responsibilities have automatically increased and I’m expected to be more mature…hm…cue blog post on selfies!

I think we’re all guilty of taking a few full body selfies to either help track our progress or just for the sake of it, because why not. Whether we’ve kept it private on our phones in amongst pictures of food and random screenshots. Or we’ve published them on our blogs for all to see (a very scary, but amazing thing to do for your self-confidence and anxieties).

If any of you follow me on instagram, you’ll know I love a good selfie or two, so why not admit to some confessions I have when taking them? You guys seem to love the more honest blog posts that I do, so this is for you…and for me to see if I really am that vain.

My Self-Conscious Fitness Thoughts

Hey again peeps,

I started off this blog post by saying I’m not a naturally self-conscious person………… What a load of crap. I am. That’s exactly what a self-conscious person would say. I’m self-conscious over the fact that I am self-concious so I cover it up. Sorry.

I thought I’d share with you some of the things (fitness related – otherwise we’d be here all week) that I feel self-concious about. Some of these will be for us girls, seeing as I am one, think it would be worrying if it was relating to any other gender, so bare with me guys. Maybe you have equivalent things you’re dealing with? Let me know in the comments, we’re all friends here.

Excuses We’ve All Made to Avoid Working Out

Hello you lovely lot,

I’m currently on a 2/3 week break away from my university studies. I don’t know why it’s called a ‘break‘ because I’m still swamped under my dissertation. But instead…here I am…blogging. Moving on…

Being at home has made me realise just how many excuses me and my brain like to make up. It’s impressive. So I thought I’d share to see if I have any competition in successfully avoiding workouts…

Struggles From The Weights Room

Hello peeps,

Sorry for not keeping in contact over the last few days, I spent Easter with my family. You can follow my doings over on Twitter but I’m getting round to replying to you all – promise!

I recently did a post that gave advice for women and weights, and it seemed to get a lot of comments based on the weight room itself and me calling it ‘the male area‘. So I’m curious if people feel the same (or different) to some more of my thoughts…let me know in the comments peeps!

Jealous Thoughts From A Blogger Who HATES Running

Hey peeps!

I just want to start off by saying thank you to all that have followed me over the years as I’ve reached 500 followers. I love the community on here and can’t wait to reach out to more of you!

So what better way to celebrate the half way mark to 1,000 than a moaning blog post. Right up my street. And it’s yours too, don’t lie.  First things first, I HATE RUNNING. Now that summers on it’s way, the runners amongst us are emerging and I am truly jealous of every single one of you. Here’s a few reasons why..

Thoughts of a Carboholic On A Fitness Journey

Hello fellow bloggers,

I like to think of myself as a fitness obsessed gym bunny who tries her best to stay healthy. But, I’ll be honest, I am a total sucker for carbs through and through. They get me every time!

So I thought I’d share my constant thoughts when face to face with a carb whilst on a fitness journey…surely I can’t be alone on some of these right? If so, that’s embarrassing.

*WARNING* Maybe you shouldn’t read this post as motivation…and instead read it as some entertainment. I was hungry by the end of it. Sorry. You may be craving carbs.
