The Most Annoying Gym Questions

Hey peeps!

Before this blog post starts, I just wanna let you know I’ve opened up some new social media platforms for this blog so you can follow my life a bit more personally if you wanted! Check my recent blog post on it if you’re interested.

After a long, stressful week, I seemed to be getting more and more snappy with people. Whether it was the usual victim (my boyfriend), my poor friends or my family, they all felt the wrath of a stressed Katy. AND IM REALLY SORRY!

But a couple of questions I’ve been asked this week have really been bugging me, I’m not sure if thats the short-tempered stressy vibe I’ve adopted this week or just a clearer mindset but…I thought I’d share to see if they annoy everyone else as much as they do me. (it’s cool if not, I know I can be an aggymaggie sometimes).

Exciting Social Media News

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening lovely followers,

Where ever you are in the world on this refreshing Sunday, I have some exciting news. I was initially going to celebrate 250 followers, but I’ve just hit 270 (?!?!). So I’ve decided to celebrate and create new social media accounts for this blog. These accounts include:

Twitter: @lexilife95 (Click for link)

Instagram: @lexilife95 (Click for link)

E-mail: lexilife95@gmail.com

Please feel free to follow and communicate with me on any of these platforms! Any expansion of communication with you lovely lot makes me happy so to do all three (with the same username…woah I know) is awesome.

Also: I NEED PEOPLE TO FOLLOW!
It’s not gonna be that much fun without giving something back to you so let me know your usernames

As I’ve just started up – I don’t look that great. That’s a given I guess, but if some of you want to follow now in prep for some twitter chats and instagram likes – that’s totally cool!

I’ll be sure to leave my links at the bottom of every post from now on.

Leave your usernames for some apps in the comments and I’ll be sure to give you a follow on it, if that’s too much effort (understandable, its a sunday) I’ll simply give you a follow back.

Exciting new chapter, can’t wait to share it with you all and hopefully inspire some of you to join me with it!

Love Life, Lexi!

Hey Peeps!

Thanks again for the 200 followers! It’s been a while I know, but I have good reason. My university work and lifestyle has completely swallowed me up this term – in a good way. 24 Plank Variations for ALL Difficulty Levels

Hello fellow fitness bloggers,

After doing a recent post on just a handful of plank variations, I received great feedback on how helpful it was and how people were unaware that there were even 4 variations!

Planks don’t have to be as hard as they’re made out to be, sure the advanced ones are impressive, but an incredible amount of work still goes into even the easiest move out of the lot. I seem to get the impression the the P-word creates the same dread as the mention of the TRX. I want to break that stereotypical view of the plank, and make it more appealing and accessible to everyone!!

So brace yourselves for this post as I explore different variations, from thegreatist.com site (ask for full web address), all at different workout levels which lets me accommodate to what you’re looking for in a workout!
