This weeks blog post is going back to my old blogging ways – fitness problems! As we’re just coming into the summer seasons, I’m beginning to notice just a handful of problems that weren’t there in the winter. I’m sure the number will increase as the year unfolds, but lets start you off with some of my thoughts and see if you’ve felt the same! So I’ve finally bit the bullet and done it. After months of you guys encouraging and supporting me (some of you demanding me), I have uploaded my first ever vlog to my youtube channel. AHH!
I’ve just finished university so this is marking the first summer of freedom as a 21 year old.
I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t nervewracking. Apparently it just takes some getting used to. But it would really help if you guys were to give it a watch and offer some advice if needed! Feel free to give it a thumbs up or comment and even subscribe if you wanna see more.
