Before I get this blog post started, I just wanna say I’ve added another social media platform – Youtube!… After getting amazing feedback from some of my closer followers on twitter, I have plucked up the confidence to vlog my summer! If you think you’d watch me or give it a go, feel free to vote in my poll in my sidebar (mobile version is at the end of the comments section). I’ve got my channel all set up so don’t be afraid to head on over and subscribe so you’re ready to go!
On with the post. After the past few weeks of my finals, one could say I’ve been pretty friggin stressed. So stressed, it’s made me realise that I really DONT have my shit together. I’m 21 and still floating about life banging into things. So I’ve put together a list of random pointers that screams “I have my life in order, and I’m winning at it“
Before I start this weeks blog post, I just want to direct you to my amazing new header! It’s had a major re-vamp and it’s all down to Yaansoon over at Yaansoon Illustrations. I am obsessed with it! It was done by freehand with water colour and ink, check a video here on how it was done or simply check out their blog for more designs that could suit your blog too! It’s so gorgeous and perfect for a lifestyle blog. I hope you like it as much as I do…let me know what you think guys pretty please!
This week, I’ve been thinking about bloggers who have made it big and how at some point we wish we were them (and then snap back to reality). I think we can all relate in being a little envious of these people at times right? So I thought I’d put together some things that we all do and then wish for the best possible outcome…
I’ve just reached 200 followers as of yesterday!! I still get that warm, fuzzy feeling knowing someones chosen to follow me after all this time and appreciate it every time one of you do so thank you for letting me know you’re all there with me!
After doing a recent post on just a handful of plank variations, I received great feedback on how helpful it was and how people were unaware that there were even 4 variations!
Planks don’t have to be as hard as they’re made out to be, sure the advanced ones are impressive, but an incredible amount of work still goes into even the easiest move out of the lot. I seem to get the impression the the P-word creates the same dreadas the mention of the TRX. I want to break that stereotypical view of the plank, and make it more appealing and accessible to everyone!!
So brace yourselves for this post as I explore different variations, from thegreatist.com site (ask for full web address), all at different workout levels which lets me accommodate to what you’re looking for in a workout!
I live in the UK and it seems to have gotten down to BALTIC temperatures overnight. So I thought I’d share with you the unexpected, yet mandatory issues I have to go through as a frequent gym-goer…I hope I’m not alone here…
Ever since I started my fitness journey (coming up to a year now), I’ve always attended weekly fitness classes at my university. Since then, I’ve accumulated a number of growing frustrations that occur within the class hall.
I thought I’d share with you as a way of, primarily, venting, and secondarily, to see if anyone else puts up with the following people constantly…
