This is just a short mid-week post reaching out to you lovely lot, ALL 1,000 OF YOU! So so grateful and I have endless thank you’s for each and every one of you who clicked that follow button. Love the relationship and community I have on my blog, it’s so supportive and encouraging. I couldn’t have asked for more. Soppyness over. Sorry. It doesn’t come out often but when it does, I go all American Cheese on ya. MOVING ON.
I started off this blog post by saying I’m not a naturally self-conscious person………… What a load of crap. I am. That’s exactly what a self-conscious person would say. I’m self-conscious over the fact that I am self-concious so I cover it up. Sorry.
I thought I’d share with you some of the things (fitness related – otherwise we’d be here all week) that I feel self-concious about. Some of these will be for us girls, seeing as I am one, think it would be worrying if it was relating to any other gender, so bare with me guys. Maybe you have equivalent things you’re dealing with? Let me know in the comments, we’re all friends here.
Just a quick personal update for you all: I have officially finished my last studying term at University! All that’s left now is dissertation work and one essay and then I’m done. So, I guess there’s no more excuses for lacking on the blog postings…
As a student, I don’t have the luxury of spending my loan on whatever I want, I have to prioritise and split my money where I feel best. 9 times out of 10…it will be fitness related – is anyone the same!? Have a read and let me know I’m not alone or if I’ve missed any out!
On with the blog post, something a little different today but hopefully just as entertaining and relatable as all of my others. I’d like to see how similar my thought processes are in one of my first exercise classes in comparison to you lovely lot! These are all in jest and meant to be humorous…now I’ve said that they kinda have to be don’t they. Maybe you’ll read something familiar…let me know if you do!

After a long, stressful week, I seemed to be getting more and more snappy with people. Whether it was the usual victim (my boyfriend), my poor friends or my family, they all felt the wrath of a stressed Katy. AND IM REALLY SORRY!
But a couple of questions I’ve been asked this week have really been bugging me, I’m not sure if thats the short-tempered stressy vibe I’ve adopted this week or just a clearer mindset but…I thought I’d share to see if they annoy everyone else as much as they do me. (it’s cool if not, I know I can be an aggymaggie sometimes).
Thanks again for the 200 followers! It’s been a while I know, but I have good reason. My university work and lifestyle has completely swallowed me up this term – in a good way. My works flowing and my workouts are killing me! Also, my new years resolutions seem to be going good too. So I’d thought I’d share with you ways that help me stick to a workout routine and most importantly, my resolution!
